5. Counter-Notification

- Identification of the material that has been removed and its prior location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in Oregon (or, if outside the U.S., to any judicial district where the Site may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may restore the removed content in accordance with applicable law.
6. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate or restrict access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, at our sole discretion.

We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
