- Non-discrimination for exercising rights.
How to Exercise Rights: Email contact@dailydishlab.com. We may verify your identity and respond within the required timeframe (30–45 days, extendable as allowed).
Authorized agents (California): Provide signed permission or a power of attorney, plus verification.

Kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. See the table in Section 2 for typical periods.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, access controls). No system is 100% secure.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16 (or lower age as defined locally). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. Contact us to remove such data if you believe we have it.
11. “Do Not Track” Signals
Browsers may send DNT signals; currently, no uniform standard exists, so we do not respond to DNT. You can still manage cookies as noted.
