Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 cup diced avocado
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, avocado, red onion, and jalapeño.
  • Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with cilantro and salt. Gently toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled fish.
