0.25
cup
fresh cilantro, chopped
2

limes, juiced

salt and pepper
1
tablespoon

teaspoon
ground cumin (optional)
Instructions
Start by preparing the mango and avocados. Dice the mango and avocados into small, even-sized cubes and place them into a large mixing bowl.
Finely chop the red onion and add it to the bowl with the mango and avocado.
Mince the jalapeño pepper (adjust the amount based on desired heat) and mix it in with the other ingredients.
Chop the fresh cilantro and add it to the bowl, adding a burst of freshness.
Squeeze the juice of two limes over the mixture, making sure to coat all the ingredients for flavor.
Drizzle the olive oil into the bowl, then sprinkle salt, pepper, and optional ground cumin over the top.
Gently toss all the ingredients together, being careful not to mash the avocado. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more lime juice, salt, or pepper as needed, depending on your preference.
Allow the salsa to sit for about 10-15 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together.
Notes
Serve with tortilla chips and garnish with cilantro and lime.
