Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat together until smooth and creamy using an electric mixer.
Add the vanilla extract, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the cream cheese mixture, continuing to mix until fully incorporated.
Gently fold in the Greek yogurt for added creaminess, followed by the sea salt. Mix well until the dip has a smooth texture.
If using fresh blueberries, gently fold them into the dip. If using frozen blueberries, slightly thaw them before adding to prevent excess moisture.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and optionally sprinkle some additional blueberries on top for garnish.
Serve immediately with graham crackers and fruit slices for dipping or refrigerate for about 30 minutes to chill before serving for a firmer texture.
