Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle. Cut the dough into strips about 1 inch wide and 8 inches long.
Take each strip and tie it into a knot by creating a loop and pulling the ends through the center. Place the knots on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each knot, ensuring they are well coated.
Bake the knots in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Once out of the oven, brush any remaining garlic butter over the knots and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
