Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, dried cranberries, toasted almonds, chopped celery, and red onion.
In a separate small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until everything is well-coated.
