Layer the Parfait: In serving glasses or bowls, start by adding a layer of the Greek yogurt at the bottom.
Add Cranberries: Spoon a layer of the cranberry mixture over the yogurt.
Add Granola: Follow with a layer of granola for crunch. Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass. Finish with a final layer of yogurt and a dollop of the cranberry mixture.
Garnish: Top with a sprinkle of fresh mint leaves for added color and flavor.
