Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, chopped rosemary, thyme, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a paste.
Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the garlic herb mixture.
Place the coated drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are spread out in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and crispy, turning them halfway through for even cooking.
Once done, remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with lemon wedges to squeeze over the drumsticks for added flavor.
