sweet potatoes, cut into thin fries
3
tablespoons
olive oil
4
cloves
garlic, minced
1
teaspoon
paprika
0.5
teaspoon
salt
0.25
teaspoon
black pepper
0.5
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
2
tablespoons
fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the cut sweet potatoes and olive oil. Toss well to ensure all the fries are coated.
Add the minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Toss again until the fries are evenly coated with the seasoning.
Spread the sweet potato fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they aren't overlapping for optimal crispiness.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, flip the fries and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
Remove the fries from the oven and immediately sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot fries. Toss gently to distribute the cheese evenly.
Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before transferring to a serving platter.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve in a rustic basket lined with parchment paper with a dipping sauce on the side.
