Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the honey, olive oil, cinnamon, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing well to create a marinade.
Add the carrot fries to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated in the honey mixture.
Spread the carrot fries out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure there’s space between each fry for even cooking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the fries are tender and edges are slightly caramelized, flipping halfway through for even browning.
Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of cayenne pepper.
