Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice until well combined.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides, then place them skin-side down on a lined baking sheet.
Generously brush the honey mustard mixture over the top of each salmon fillet, ensuring they are well coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove from the oven and let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for added brightness.
