Place the salmon fillets into a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the salmon from the marinade (discard the marinade) and place the fillets skin-side down on the grill.
Grill the salmon for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
Serve the salmon garnished with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
