Instructions
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Add sliced beef and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
In a large wok or skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated beef to the pan in a single layer. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned but not fully cooked. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add minced garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Toss in broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are just tender but still crisp.
Add the beef back to the pan along with any juices. Stir in the cornstarch mixture, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add sliced green onions and stir quickly. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds.
