Instructions
In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Blend the ingredients on high until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
Once blended, add the crushed graham crackers to the mixture and pulse briefly just to combine.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey or syrup.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and gently sprinkle additional crushed graham crackers on top for garnish.
Notes
Serve in tall glasses with a slice of fresh strawberry on the rim and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs on top for an appealing look.
