Instructions
Begin by preparing the ingredients: hull and slice the strawberries, peel and chop the kiwis, and ensure your banana is frozen.
In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, chopped kiwis, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, and coconut water (or almond milk).
If you prefer your smoothie a bit sweeter, add in the honey or maple syrup.
For an added nutritional boost, sprinkle in the chia seeds.
If you like a thicker consistency, add a few ice cubes to the blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, approximately 30 seconds to a minute, depending on your blender's power.
