Instructions
In a food processor, combine the ripe avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides occasionally to ensure an even mix.
Taste the mousse and adjust the sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired. Blend again briefly to combine.
Once the mixture is silky and fluffy, transfer it into serving bowls or glasses.
Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set and enhance the flavors.
Before serving, top with fresh berries, a dollop of coconut whipped cream, or a sprinkle of chopped nuts for added texture.
Notes
